YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO DELIVER.

The challenge with the CEO position is that there is no way to fail gracefully. In other jobs, you can leave and nobody knows what happened. When the CEO leaves, it’s either retirement or a firing. It is difficult to find another job if not successful. Therefore, it is critical to be effective.
Proven Training Drives
Predictable Performance

The Chief Executive Operating System (C.E.O.S.) distills the complex CEO position into a framework that ensures the #1 CEO responsibility is met: delivering predictable performance.

Master the C.E.O.S. by attending an American CEO intensive.

As CEO, You Walk a Tightrope Every Day

You are balancing things like growth vs profit, planning vs action, reward vs threat. We provide you with the clarity required to make the best decisions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Traditional peer groups have an open format for CEOs to bring issues and opportunities on a monthly basis to the group for insight. CEO is not membership-based, it is a class. And it is not open-ended. We have a set curriculum based on a 7-page syllabus to teach how to be a successful CEO.

The Entrepreneur Operating System is a strong solution for business founders who are looking to bring in someone to run their small business. It was not designed to manage a high-growth organization as it grows above 50 people.

We created Chief Executive Operating System for those building high-value legacy companies. We know of no EOS Implementors who have the experience of personally building companies from zero to nine-figure exits as Joel has done twice. He also brings the experience of serving as CEO of a public company. The opportunity to learn directly from someone who has been there and done that is a unique feature of our programs and makes it an easy choice for CEOs who want to improve their skills.

We give you tools, tactics, and strategies to be successful in the CEO seat. If you are a current CEO (or a future CEO) who wants a playbook on how to approach the job, based on a proven track record, this course is for you. If you are open to learning and implementing ideas and concepts in your business to create systems and processes for delivering predictable performance, this course is for you. You will come out with confidence that you know what to do for long-term success. And you will work less because once the systems are in place, you are working through others and spending more time on strategy.

Keeping in mind that the value of CEO is not offered anywhere else, the investment is currently on the low side of alternatives. Places, where CEOs seek knowledge and advice, are peer groups and MBA programs. Premier peer groups run between $15k to $50k per year. MBA programs are usually even more than that. Our programs range between $8k and $24K. And we have a money and time guarantee.

We looked at top MBA programs in this country and could not find one program that specifically taught how to do the CEO job. And it’s rare to find someone there who has been in the seat of chief executive themselves multiple times. MBAs have great content for management, leadership, and other specialties, but they don’t teach a systematic way of approaching the job. That’s what we do. With us you will spend less money and time, and get more customized direction.
For most organizations, a full-time CEO job occurs at 100+ employees. That’s what this course is about: the full-time job of the CEO. It’s a great fit for companies with more than 100 employees or companies that expect to be there in 2-3 years. This system works as well for a company with 100s of employees as for a company with 1,000s of employees. Though larger companies are usually more complex than smaller companies, that does not affect how the CEO role is executed or the number of people the CEO interacts with directly.
